At Sarvikaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your order within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Returns are accepted for:

Size Issues – If the item does not fit properly.

Product Dislike – If you are not satisfied with the product.

Damaged/Defective Products – In case you receive a damaged or defective item, please share a clear unboxing video as proof to process the return/refund.

Each product is eligible for return only once. Multiple returns/exchanges for the same order or item will not be accepted.
Eligibility

Almost all products are eligible for return unless specifically marked as “Non-Returnable” or "Final Sale" in the product.

Exclusions:

Products purchased under additional/clearance discounts are non-returnable and not eligible for refunds.
- Final Sale Items can be returned only if item you received is defective. We need video proof for defective Items.

Prepaid Orders

Cannot be cancelled once shipped.

In some cases, prepaid orders may be cancelled before shipping if you contact us immediately at sarvikaa.info@gmail.com.

A deduction of 4–5% of the order value will apply to cover payment gateway charges.

COD Orders

May be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.

Return Process

Contact us at sarvikaa.info@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.

We will schedule a pickup for your return. The pickup charges will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

If your pincode is not serviceable for return pickup, you will need to self-ship the product to our address.

Ensure the product meets the return conditions (unused, tags intact, original packaging).
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

You receive a defective or damaged product

You receive the wrong item
This will help us evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get your desired product is to return your order and place a new order separately once the return is accepted.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.

Refunds are provided only in the form of Sarvikaa Store Credit or Gift Cards, regardless of the original payment method.

COD orders will also be refunded as store credit/gift cards.

Note: Shipping and return pickup charges are non-refundable.
